Workshop on Insolvency Proceedings

The Fondation pour le droit continental organizes a workshop on insolvency proceedings in cooperation with CNAJMJ and AFFIC 91. The topic will be the Cross currents, insolvency in continental and common law context.
This worshop will take place on March, 18 & 19, 2010 at the CNAJMJ office.

From June 20 to June 22, 2010, the International Max Planck Research School for Competition and Innovation and the Professorship for Intellectual Property at ETH Zurich will jointly organize their 2010 Workshop for Junior Researchers on the Law and Economics of Intellectual Property and Competition Law.
