The Fondation took part in the Law Conference for the lawyers of Australia and of New Caledonia that was held at the Sydney Law School of the University of Sydney from August1st to 9^th. Conducted exclusively in French, the conference was organized by Mrs. Judith Gibson, a member of the Fondation’s Scientific Council and Mr. Milliard, a Batonnier from Noumea.

 Mr. Michel Grimaldi made two presentations: one on "Successions and divorce, judgments of exequatur", and the second on "Trusts and Fiducie".

Two other projects are currently being explored:

•  a twinning initiative between the bar of New South Wales and the bar of New Caledonia

•  a memorandum of understanding between the University of New Caledonia, Noumea and the University of Sydney
