Strengthen the international presence of the continental legal system and its professionals

The Scientific Council

permanent 1The Scientific Council's mission is to propose activities that develop and monitor the scientific implementation of projects. Its Chairman may also be questioned by the Board of Directors, at their own initiative or at the request of the Board of Directors, on matters of timing, specific topics and subjects of analysis and investigations relevant to the Foundation’s area of expertise. Following a schedule and defined on a project by project basis, and as necessary, it shall inform the Board of Directors of the work’s progress.

 

The Chairman of the Scientific Council is Professor Michel Grimaldi.

The International Scientific Council is comprised of 50 members and correspondents french and international of 29 different nationalities.

 

Correspondents

The Foundation is now developing a network of correspondents in order to expand knowledge of its actions, and conversely, to relay to the Foundation the legal news from their country.
