The fourth session of the chair of continental law is implemented at Keio University in Japan on the theme of “ Managing assets on behalf of another party”.
The first lectures were delivered on October 15 and 17 by Mr. Rainer Schröder, Professor and Member of the Scientific Council of the Fondation.
The second lectures were delivered on October 21 and 29 by Mr. Keechang Kim, Professor at the Korean University.
The third lectures were delivered on November 5 and 7 by Mrs. Madeleine Cantin-Cumin, Emeritus, Faculty of Law, McGill University, Quebec.
The fourth lectures were delivered on November 12 and 14 by Mrs. Sylvie Lerond, Attorney at the law firm of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
