This international conference is organized annually by the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Director Ms. Talia Khabrieva, is a member of the Scientific Council of the Foundation.

The purpose of the School is a theoretical and practical analysis of current problems of jurisprudence, and scholarly communications by the participants, young researchers and professionals from Russia and abroad. The main task is the search for scientific ideas that could form the basis of the formation of new legal concepts.

The Foundation participated in two conferences :

• In May 2010, represented by Mr Jean-Romain Fayard to present "The French position on economic efficiency law ".

• In May 2011, represented by Mr. Arnaud Raynouard and Mr. Jean-Romain Fayard  to present "Is it possible to evaluate a legal system?".
