On June 5-6, 2009, the sixth Remedies Discussion Forum was held at the University of Aix-Marseille III Faculty of Law, Aix-en-Provence, France.

There were two discussion topics : "recognition and enforcement of judgments (comparative and international perspectives)" and "remedies and economics".

The Foundation has supported the publication of the proceedings of the forum published by "Presses Universitaires d'Aix Marseille".
