In July, 2009, the Fondation participated in the organization of the Summer Camp Judiciaire 2009 (2009 Judicial Summer Camp) in partnership with the Association GRIP21 (Association of the Initiative for Insolvency Prevention), the CCIP [Paris Chamber of Commerce], as well as the offices of Clifford Chance, Denton Wilde Sapte, Hoche and Deloitte.

This forum has brought together some thirty judges from nearly 20 countries. It was organized into round tables and workshops during which the judges, meeting in mixed sessions, were able to add commentary and work together on specific topics by means of case studies.

The professors invited by the Fondation were:

• Ms. Luttikhuis, lawyer and teacher at the University of Maastricht,
• Mr. Lulli, professor of Private Law at the University of Ferrara,
• Mr. Mock, lawyer and lecturer at the University of Hamburg.
