Chair in Civil Law in Chile

November 28, 2011 launch of the conference cycle organized under the chair of Continental Law at Diego Portales University in Chile, on "Insolvency proceedings of companies" by Reinhard Damman, Lawyer.

This series of conferences continued in December, 5, 6 and 7 and December, 19 and 21 2011 on "The legal regime of insolvency, Canadian and European perspectives".
Speakers are Ms. Elise Charpentier, Professor of Law at the University of Montreal (Canada), Mr. Christoph Paulus, Director of the Interdisciplinary Institute for Restructuring of the Humboldt University, Berlin (Germany) and Ms. Michèle Grégoire, Professor and Lawyer (Belgium).
