Chair in Civil Law in Vietnam

The second session of the chair of continental law is implemented at the Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City on the theme of "General obligation law".

The first lectures will be given from 15 to 17 December by Mr. Daniel Cohen, Professor at the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas on "Contractual aspects of corporate law" and the December 16 to 18 by Mr. Frédéric Bicheron, Professor at the University of Nantes on "The prohibition of unfair clauses: consumer protection to the professionals".
