Chair in Civil Law in Morrocco

The third session of the chair of continental law is implemented at the University Hassan II in Casablanca on the theme "Insolvency proceedings of companies".

The first lectures were given 19 and 21 December 2011 by Mr. Michel Grimaldi, Professor at the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas and Mr. Rainer Schröder, Professor at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany).

The second conference were given January 5, 2012 by Ms. Michèle Grégoire Lawyer and Professor at the Free University of Brussels (Belgium) and Mr. Reinhard Damman, Lawyer.
