The Office makes the decisions and implements the means necessary to carry out the actions approved by the Board of Directors and fulfill the Foundation's objectives.

The Board of Directors is comprised of 18 members and is chaired by Mr. Henri Lachman

The Board of Directors decides on the Foundation's affairs and in particular it establishes the guidelines for the actions developed by the Foundation.

The Founders Meeting gives its opinion on the Foundation's affairs, particularly concerning the program of actions developed by the Foundation.
