The subject of arbitration, as an alternative to court proceedings sparked a lively interest in the Conventions of Mediterranean Jurists of 2009 and 2010.

To pursue its advisory mission, the Fondation supported the development of a conference in Morocco on arbitration, sending two experts, who are partner members of the Fondation.
