Academics, legal professionals, and company lawyers meet at the Fondation to work together to develop actions.

The Fondation has an established international dimension, which is illustrated by the composition of its main organs. Its Scientific Council is composed of 50 members from 29 countries.

Its Board of Directors includes, within the body of qualified individuals, representatives from Germany and Italy. It also maintains a permanent office in Brussels.
