The Foundation has set for itself the goal of implanting the concept of continental law in Europe.

By bringing together professionals from the law, business and universities to establish a permanent forum for discussions and projects, it is seeking to make continental law the main source of European Union law.

The Foundation wants to raise continental law's visibility within all EU institutions (Commission, Parliament, Council, Courts), as well as within all the other actors involved in the debate concerning European standards, whether they involve the legal professions, business lobbies or representatives of the public authorities.

The Foundation is committed to developing a physical presence through observer status and the participation of experts in the activities of international institutions such as the EU, the World Bank, UNIDROIT, UNCITRAL, WTO...
