The seminar, which was held in Casablanca, turned out to be a great success and was attended by subsequently, more than 200 people. At the opening, Mr. Azzedine Kettani, Member of the Scientific Council, introduced the Fondation pour le droit continental, its activity and its actions.

All the stages of the arbitration procedure were addressed in an interactive discussion, before an audience composed of lawyers (former Bar presidents, and specifically Board members), judges, businessmen and of course, doctoral students.
