Promote the continental law expertise

Since 2006, the Fondation promotes conferences and seminars on Chinese Environmental Law.

  • From September 25 to October 1st, 2006, at Wuhan:

Seminar co-organized by the French-Chinese Association for Legal Studies and Research and the RIEL - Research Institute of Environmental Law - of Wuhan University, the principal center in China specializing in this subject. The Fondation was represented by Ms. Françoise Nesi, Public Auditor at the Court of Cassation, Member of the Court's Environmental Office.

 

  •  November 2 and 3, 2008, Shanghai:

International Conference on the development of the legal framework for an environmentally-friendly society. The Fondation was represented by Ms. Sandrine Maljean-Dubois and Ms. Agnès Michelot.

 

  •  January 14 and 15, 2010, Shanghai:

Third French-Chinese Conference on the Environmental Law developed by the Paris Descartes University, at   Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), the Fondation was represented by Ms. Stephanie Balme.

Conference developed by the CCIFC, the Fondation pour le droit continental, and the Beijing French Cultural Center at the Beijing French Cultural Center focused on "Chinese Environmental Law: Characteristics, Challenges and Perspectives "

This Conference was presented by WANG Canfa, Professor at the China University of Law and Political Sciences, elected Director of the Pollution Victims Legal Aid Center.
