In March, 2010, the Fondation developed a seminar in Paris in partnership with the National Council of Legal Administrators and Judicial Agents and the AFFIC 91.

The objective of this seminar was to provide knowledge and understanding of the French law on collective proceedings. It provided an interactive exchange between Continental law jurists and Common law jurists.

Following a summary of the laws and different types of procedures, the seminar focused on the analysis of real cases, stressing innovative and preventive procedures.
