March 1, 2010, at the France-Russia economic forum, the Russian presidential delegation was hosted by the French Business Council (MEDEF). President Medvedev invited French companies to participate in modernizing Russia through investing in his country, and assured them of his determination to establish a legal system having greater legal certainty.

In that perspective, a roundtable brought together legal professionals led by Mr. Jean-Louis Dewost, a member of the  Fondation’s Scientific Council on Continental law.
